Decaf you would NEVER know is decaf!!!!!!

The whole reason I started roasting my own beans was my personal quest for a great tasting coffee that wouldn't make my heart skip beats and wouldn't load me up with chemicals that I DO NOT want. Well, I am happy to say, I have certainly obtained those goals, and MORE! It always makes me happy to be able to lead others to a healthier choice AND a BETTER tasting cup of coffee!!! The satisfaction becomes even more intense when you factor in the fact that when you purchase these coffees you are also often supporting small farmers who are striving to better themselves and their families' lives WHILE working to ensure that our world stays healthy by paying attention to the need for ecologically sound farming practices!Organic, Fair Trade, Bird Friendly: YES, I do have beans that are ALL this AND taste SOOOOOO good that I am sure you would NEVER know it is decaf! (Except you won't get the jitters that are the tell-tale sign!)

Hope you are enjoying the Holidays!

One of my favorite things this time of year is a nice EGGNOG latte!!!!! YUM!!!!!
I first got the idea from Starbucks.....the BEST thing they make as far as aI am concerned.
AND, Green Mountain Coffee offers Eggnog Flavored Coffee this time of year as well...it is the best out there in that "genre"---"flavored coffees" are really not my thing but I will make an exception for this one.

The best for me is of course pulling my own shots of espresso from my own roasted beans and steaming up some mik with a little real organic eggnog (Horizon Farms, found right at my local Price Chopper---cool!) and pouring a latte/cappucino.....YES!!! As Tony the Tiger might say: LIFE IS GRRRRrrrrreAT!!!!
