Dreary Weekend Blues?

Looks like we might be in for a dreay weekend~~~ TIME FOR SOME SERIOUS ROASTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got some brand new YUMMY beans in: India Mysore Nuggets............Can't wait to try them out!!! I've been hearing great stuff about these beans.

The moment we have ALL been waiting for!!!

Well, it is soooo dreary here I couldn't stand it ANY longer----i need some FUN! SO: i pulled the winner out of the beeenhat.............yep! There is a new name for the "Spring Blend"!
AND, it is certainly something I could use right about NOW, too: The new blend is now officially named "Susie's Ray of Sunshine"! CONGRATULATIONS to Susan Lopez from Rhode Island for the winning name! I will be roasting up a pound and sending it your way very soon!

It is almost time to put all the contest entries---Spring Blend NAMES---into my spring HAT and pick a winner! SO...make sure you get your ideas to me ASAP-----just email your name idea(s) to me lisabeeen@yahoo.com and it'll go in the hat for a chance at the FREE POUND of beans with your name on it.

By the way, in case you are wondering waht beans are in the blend.........there's some Kona from Hawaii, some golden rays from Costa Rica.....a little of one of my all time favorites from India-------monsooned beans , that add a deep chocolatey undertone.......and, well, i suppose i can't give it ALL away! I have some freshly roasted if anyone wants to try it....I have discovered it is very convenient to vacuum seal a small amount and send it in the mail... I would be happy to send enough for a nice pot out to YOU in the next few days....you can still get in on the contest!
